In this nurturing eight week course, you will be led through asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), positions for labour and relaxation techniques. Troublesome ailments such as back pain will be addressed. This course will relieve tension, increase your strength, stamina and flexibility, while also helping you deal with stress and anxiety. Treasure this quiet time set aside for your practice as a sanctuary for you to connect with the baby growing inside you.
