These beginners’ classes will appeal to those with a basic knowledge of yoga, through to the seasoned practitioners wanting to reconnect to the alignment principles of the practice. Modifications will be offered making the class suitable for every level.
Classes will attract those from other fitness backgrounds who wish to add yoga to their workout for increased strength and flexibility.
Be prepared to work & be challenged. You won’t be expected to do everything, only have a willingness to try!
