This headstand course is designed for students new to inversions and those looking to broaden their experience of being inverted!
In this 3 weeks you will explore the mechanics of a headstand & maybe a forearm balance or two. You will also free yourself from the fear of being upside down and balancing on your head!
Inverted poses have deep healing properties and strengthen mind/body connection. Facing our fears on the mat can offer us the gift of empowerment and clarity.
