Various Courses are offered as a gateway to either start you on your yoga pathway or to expand on your existing practice in its design to give you the tools to develop a safe, integrated asana practice that works for your body.

They are a semi-private lessons in a group environment limited to 8 students ensured to give you the tools to develop your individual practice at your individual pace & ability with modifications. 

This an intimate learning environment perfect for asking questions and building confidence & strength.

Each week new postures and principles will be introduced, while strengthening your body, exploring mobility and opening your mind to possibilities. 

Expect to leave both energised & optimistic!

YOGA BASICS COURSE

The course is designed to give you a basic knowledge of postural names and alignment, breath control, and conscious movement. Asking questions is encouraged in this unique environment!

HEADSTAND COURSE

In this 3 weeks you will explore the mechanics of a headstand & maybe a forearm balance or two. You will also free yourself from the fear of being upside down and balancing on your head!
